WOW: it moved well beyond expectations. Thanks to the upgrade to a 8$ value, this one has rocked the day. I know i was expecting an oversold condition but finally market has well reacted to this great company.
Looking at the chart, it is now really difficult to see any resistance over 8$. If results coming in october are beating estimates god knows where that stock could move to. The value of that company has never been really analysed as the new DAN came out of bankruptcy in january 2008 right into the biggest start of a down trend. So who knows the kind of profit they can achieve. Only time will tell but i think it is a great one to be long.
The other guys performed ok LVS: continue to climb and awaits the Macau IPO to catapult this one to over 25$, FITB still on the sideline and even analyst at Wells Fargo are not saying much about this one.
RF is still doing great with another 0,28 cents today and NRI is still moving sidelines too awaiting to be closer to the nov 4th FDA answer. Expect a good climb mid october and this could be the right time to get abord this one. I would not be surprise to see it around 0,75 before nov 4th and if approved, well sky is the limit.
ETFC did gave back some of the run of yesterday as BMO thinks it's overvalued at this price...well, when results comes out in october we could be in for a big surprise if i read between the line from ETFC management report. Again, good time to get in.
OCNF is having problem but nothing catastrophic. I would not sell unless it goes well under 1,20$ on huge volume and even then, i would think about selling twice. Have a look at their book value...
As for a correction, market does not seems interested...The longer it goes, the tougher it will be or the gains will be a lot higher. In any scenario, the move will be huge probaly in the 300-400 points followed by opposite direction for about 1/3 the day after.
Have a great evening and get ready for tomorrow as DAN will be interesting to follow if you only sold some to cash in your profit. If you sold them all, well who can be blamed to cash in...
