RAD What's up ???

It seems that last week rally was a bit before itself.

No stock goes straight to the roof without establishing new bases and today so far, that is exactly what RAD did.

I know that another article mentioned that RAD value was to stay at about 2$ for the year or until guidance BUT many time these remarks comes in by the same wanting to buy it cheap.

I think we have seen the new base today at 2,20$ and this is great news as if the comments regarding RAD value would have been the truth, we would have experimented an exodus toward exit.....this has not happen.

By the way there were not that many times in the last 3 years that RAD had closed in gain 5 times in a row and Friday marked the 4th one.

So a pull back was expected even if a bit larger than thought.

Expect higher volatility in the 2,20$ to 2,25$ but so far nothing to worry that much and shorters are still in very high number.

I will now officially call that a rally......

Sounds too late, not at all.

I have seen so many long traps in here that it needed to get over the 2,40$ish on a large volume scale and RAD did it.

For the first time in years, it is now enroute for a 4th green day in a row on very great volume.

What is more interesting is the fact that shorts have not covered yet and are most probably waiting for the next ''cover your butt' signal at 2.75$ - 2.80$

Not sur it will get there rapidly as we have to remember that many shorters did it between 4$ and 8$ giving them a lot of margin to wait unless they were on margin calls and in that scenario the signal for them is 2,49$

Oh my god.... What a start today for RAD.

Super jump and it has now to stay above 2,20$ and close over that number to officially call this 'the real rally' in RAD shares.

Could this be a trader trap ? Still a possibility but with actual volume, it looks more like a short covering process as in the past week it had increased substantially.

If it was to achieve 2,29$ with huge volume forecasted for the day, we could even think of a short squeeze if a great new was to be published.

Keep an eye on it and remember that it has never been a bad idea to get some profit off the table.

ALERT EPO

Tomorrow will be a crucial day for shares of EPO.

based upon trading pattern, one of two things will happen tomorrow.

If low volume (under 1M shares) and price DO NOT goes higher than 6 cents, that could be then end of the rally at this moment and the start of a small decline for the days to come toward the 4 cents.

If higher volume than 1M shares and if share were to get at 6,5 and under 7,5 cents, the rally has a new life and it could reach 10 cents early next week.

If higher volume and shares gets over 10 cents, be careful as if there are no news, it would mean traders having fun.

So keep an eye and get ready to get into a new rally or get off a new trader trap.....

BITCOINS here to stay or not ?

It is interesting (to say the least) following the ups and downs of those currencies based on nothing more than thin air and expectation that somebody will pay more than you did to justify a profit.

So far great returns but if you like turbulence you are looking at the right place.

There is no  real index that contains all crypto currencies at this time and it may come whenever banks think they can make a fortune selling those funds or shorting them.

I will imagine that when Bitcoin gets back to 20,000$ they may thin about it again.

Encanto Potash (EPO.TC)

Keep an eye on this one. It has already doubled in a couple of days and could be ready to go higher.

This is a yearly thing with EPO and i would expect another round up to about 14 cents.

Could be another 100% return but be careful as there is simply nothing that justify this leg up!

Nice recovery again today for RAD.

Seems more and more like a trader game with a 7 or 8 cents very foreseeable spread.

EPO nice volume again

Encanto Potash a reality or a dream ?????

Not sure of either one but the volume is getting some traction and those lucky traders who got in at 0,035 are now having a good and solid return on their trades as it is sitting on a good 5 cents (almost 50% gain in a couple of weeks)

What's the future?

Good question and impossible to answer at this time but any good news could really make a huge difference.

100% gain is only at 10 cents.........

Rad.......shorts still at it

Simply incredible to see that many shorts on a company almost at its minimum price where the real profit is about 10-15 cents when shorted.....

One day it is going to hurt but the only problem at this time is when will there be enough buyers to fix that shorting problem????

That is the question!

Rad is still in the high resistance territory.

Results disclosed yesterday were not bad and shorts have covered some since then.

This resistance will be hard to eliminate and until RAD closes above 2,20$, i suspect recovery will not get in at full speed.

Couple of major numbers are the 200 days moving average sitting at 2,70$ and the 20 and 50 days moving higher toward the 200 days moving average.

If that was to happen, it would be called a golden cross (when 20 and 50 dma crosses upward the 200 dma).

At this speed it could happen at about the 2,50$ mark (200 dma will continues to slide) and from there a real recover will happen.

Have fun and at this time it is a cautious buy (imo)

If RAD touches 2,21$ today, we may get kind of a short squeeze  as it would seems that many traders expected the results to have been worst than what they were finally and that large institutions are seen buying into RAD.

Yesterday results were so so and based upon early trading we could be in again for another round of shorts but it could very well be short lived.

RAD results were in line with expectations and management seems to be using money received to repay long term debt as expected.

Now is the time for a new catalyst to come in play and the poison pill taken yesterday is suggesting that the last short attack that sent the shares toward 1,40ish price could have been orchestrated by one of the group RAD suspect is or was trying to put their hands on over the 5% shares threshold.

So it may be time finally for the great come back in the share price of RAD. It will not happen overnight but RAD is on the route to recovery.

To me, it is now a buy.

ALERT EPO

With yesterday trading pattern and today's before opening bell build up on bids, i do expect some news are on the way.

There is a rumor about the go ahead with the construction of the mine site and tender could already be done for establishing costs.

THAT by itself would be the biggest catalyst for EPO so far and a great contributor to its stock price.

We will see very shortly but remember that actually EPO is as its lowest level since years ago.

Rad will publish tonight after market close its results for Q3.

Based upon trading pattern, it would appear that lot of shorts have been covered in the last couple of days and may be expecting better results than analyst had forecasted.

If results were to be ok or better, expect another great run but if results were to be dismal, look down to 1,75$
