This is intended for anybody that does have some liquidity and who wants to make rapid in and out trades.
The way i play it is simple. If i want to trade with 5000$, i will at first buy 60% (3000$) then wait to see the real direction. If it goes lower i then have the needed liquidity to buy some more at a cheaper price.
IF PRICE MOVES UP I WILL NOT CHASE and will most probably pocket the gains instead.
DO NOT THINK the usual 'It will go higher' instead when you achieve your establish profit range: SELL.
The goal of the TRADER ALERTS is to make some decent money out of the intraday volatility. If you can buy 2000 shares of a company XYZ and make 10 cents gain, it is a 200$ profit and if the company stock price was 1$, you just made 10% gain in 1 day or less.
With this kind of play DO NOT EXPECT thousands of dollar return every day (unless you play with 10,000$ or more) but every little 200$ counts. If you can do it 4-5 times a week, you easily get 50% return per week out of your investment (if all trades work as expected).
If market open higher it is time to sell whatever you bought the day before and got stuck with it for any reasons. NEVER BUY AT THE OPENING...Let the market stabilize then check for the company you know (or my TRADER ALERTS) that are sold out at a very nice discount. MAKE SURE NOTHING CHANGED BEFORE buying as sometimes there could be unpleasant surprises. As a tip, a company that has a 10% drop in a rally day, there could be a problem BE CAREFUL.
If market seems to open HIGHLY lower, it could be an idea to buy early in the session if the discount is there and that the market seems to be correcting rapidly. Otherwise, WAIT for stabilization before buying.
Normally the stabilization will occur at or about at 10 AM.
Be sure not to miss the power hour being the last hour of trading. This is where normally the biggest moves occur.
One last trick: if you cannot watch the market all day, when you buy any stock decide at what price you would like to sell and be happy. Then issue a sell order right after you bought them.
