As previously mentionned DAN will be issuing up to 31 M shares representing an increase of 31% in the number of shares.
This could lead to an oversold situation tomorrow. Watch for pricing close to 4$. Good time to get back in as results for 3rd quarter will be probably surprising good due to cash for clunkers that had a great success.
