Today is the informal meeting day in Markham for INT shareholders. INT will present their different brands and the technologies they are working on actually including the different investments that INT has already made.
It was originally supposed to be the annual shareholder meeting but because of delays in the RTO for Ortsbo, they simply cannot issue the proxy material and because a vote has to take place in regard of the transaction it has to be postponed.
So for the one that will be going there it will be very informal but surely interesting and this is why i will be closely monitoring that stock today as we never know what can happen at those meetings.
At actual price INT is almost only at 2 times the spin off dividend and represents a great opportunity for the mid term.
One final note for today: do not forget to have some cash aisdes for monday trading session as it could be totally weird and in all direction. So if you still have large profit on the table, it could be time to get some off and be ready.
As usual (and more actually) DO NOT INVEST MORE THAN YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE and always do your own due diligence before investing in any stock. CHEAP SHARE PRICE does not necessary mean a real bargain. Play with extreme caution.
